There's nothing quite like wasting an hour and a half of precious working/children time in a stupid bank with a stupid person, with no decent end result at all.
Should have realised there was no point in switching from NatWest. Note to self: stick with what you know.
Business mentor meeting was excellent though, very productive, entertaining and enlightening. Much to think about it.
