Charlie made banana muffins today - truly delicious. He's planning on making courgette and cheese muffins to go with veggie stew later in the week too.
It's been a good weekend - bacon sarnies for brekkie, bank visits, bit of shopping and collecting my new frames yesterday. We also stood and waited whilst some doughnuts were freshly made and ate them hot straight out of the fryer - yummy.
Came home to see that eBay sales were going swimmingly and had some delicious lentil burgers for dinner - beautifully made by the wifey. Quite a good weekend for nice food treats!
Lovely lie in this morning, followed by packing more eBay orders, got to play with our new boxes and packing peanuts at last having sold a bead runner.
Spent some time clearing out the stock room and moving it around. Having moved Charlie's play station, tv and dvd player into a different part of his room, we put his pc in there too - definitely the right decision to give him the massive room and for us to keep the master suite! We've decided to get rid of the spare bed base as it's 10 years old but wrap and pack the mattress in the garage as its only 4 months old. So when that's done the third bedroom will be purely the stock room, and we should get away with not needing to rent office/storage space for at least 6 months. My office will stay as it is.
I played with Charlie on his PS2, totally failing to complete the time trial for him!
Had a lovely roast for dinner and then Charlie and I played Connect 4 before he went up to read. Great weekend overall.
