Plenty of deep breathing and counting in our heads going on here at the moment. We've had bare faced cheek, utter rudeness, been told to b***er off, tears like the local water works, screaming shouting, more tears, more tears.......
I'm definitely not enjoying having an 8 year old at the moment - its not a good year! I keep trying to remind myself that it's only a phase and it will pass but it's not easy.
Off to read my new copy of Unconditional Parenting now...
