Sometimes I just love the Council - not very often admittedly but on days like today when a big fat Council Tax Rebate cheque arrives because you're moving, they become my favourite people.

Just off into town with Charlie to pay the said cheque into the account and buy a puppy collar and lead. Oh yes, must remember to put petrol in the car too or else it won't get very far.
