Had a nice quiet day today. No work for Charlie other than the new routine of one page of a maths workbook, which was done with relatively little complaning.

Charlie and Bev went for a long romp over the fields this morning and then this afternoon our friend from Home Ed group came with her two boys whom are Charlie's best friends.

All three children ran upstairs excitedly and stayed up there all afternoon. God knows what they were doing but there was manic laughing from them all. Pretty sure it involved various PS2 games. It was lovely to catch up with Heather, and the 3 adults drank tea and coffee and gossiped, making plans for the Heather and the boys to come and stay the weekend with us in the new house in the new year.

The bowls and dog bed arrived today ready for our hopeful new arrival.

I've finished my work for the week now and am chilling watching telly. The next few days are going to be busy with our move coming up on Tuesday. Several more trips to the tip are in order and I've been freecycling the last few useful bits too.
