So yesterday's HappyMais pics as promised. Charlie decided to do an abstract HappyMais model - the small orange ball is a clown fish embryo btw (we were watching Nemo at the time!)
I decided to photograph all Charlie's Art Club "works" so far.
The two above and below were from the portrait week, but rather than have a model to draw from the teacher described "someone" in her head and the children drew them. Charlie didn't enjoy this week very much because he finds people hard. He likes pastels though.
He loved the inking on canvas to make a flag though - they took two weeks over this
Last week they made halloween decs from packing peanuts and willow. He loves the jangly skeleton!
But said the willow weaving was really hard
Overall he is really enjoying the art club - he loves art and its good that it stretches him from his usual drawing stuff
I was just noticing today how his hair has grown back relatively quickly and how much better he looks with it longer.

Charlie also did loads of Fimo today with the kit we got from Bead Merrily Charlie made the cane from the Christmas kit and also made a spinning top and a loads of fimo beads to make B a necklace with. I'll bake them tomorrow and do photos then.
