Today was, thankfully, a bit calmer. I still slept in later than I had planned due to not sleeping well yet again. Consequently this meant I didn't really get into my prime until lunchtime.

But anyway, started the day with writing a letter to the insurance broker letting him know I wouldn't be renewing the business policy at the end of the month and then sending Charlie round to my parents for a stamp. Charlie had finished all his normals by 9.30am, so was in a cheery mood. He read a lot and watched more Star Wars DVD's and did his usual sterling job of making lunch. He also did some more of the Klutz drawing thingy - it was mugs and pitchers today and he came up with some very inventive stuff.

In an effort to be more organised I spent a few hours on my household manual so at least now all the important phone numbers are in one place and neatly typed up to boot. I have been meaning to do this for ages for several reasons, one being that if anything were to happen to me, Charlie doesn't yet know my parents or neighbours phone number by heart. This way he can just grab the binder and it's all there for him. He can also look in there for a reminder of when birthdays/anniversaries are coming up too as he get SO upset when he forgets to make cards despite my constant reminders. I am beginning to think he really is a "visual" person in some ways, not all though as he can be told something interesting and remember it for years afterwards.

Nice afternoon walk with the dogs and Beth came along too. She had kindly mowed our front lawn this morning when she was doing hers too.

I am back on my diet in a very strict way after I have plateau'd hideously since coming back from Florida. I am planning to make it to Brno this year for more IVF (hopefully no later than October) and at least want to loose another stone to get me back to pre-Florida weight and hopefully loose some extra lbs too.
