Catch Up - Again

As I have spent most of July stressing about business and planning new websites, blogging and any social interaction has definitely suffered. But now, the new website has been purchased, the software uploaded to it, all the products added and I am about a quarter of the way through adding the product images.

So now that life being consumed by business is happening less I thought it was about time to start blogging again.

We enjoyed a rather fantastic time at next door's 4th July BBQ, also entertaining to spend time there and then A and Charlie had a sleepover before they all went back home to America for two weeks. In the two weeks whilst they were gone Charlie mainly did stuff with his stamps, made story boards for films, watched a lot of Star Wars & Star Trek and played with lego. It rained every single day they were away so some of our plans for days out had to be aborted.

My brother and his gf came down to stay at my parents for the night a few weeks ago. We all had a lovely meal out and then back to my parents for chat and gossip. Kellie and I talked about all things baby as she is 18 ish weeks pregnant. Very strange to think of my brother being a Daddy.

Next door returned a week ago and A has been over here a few times and Charlie over there, and they have played very happily. We all went into town for a lovely walk around Spiceball Park on Wednesday and then stopped for ice-cream at the village shop on the way home.

For the first time ever I agreed to let Charlie have the "holidays" off from doing work. With the exception of Maths which has to do three times a week. He is surprisingly happy about this and is really coming along very nicely now with only very rare moments of upset when he can't work things out. We are using a mixture of Galore Park and Singapore at the moment and it seems to be working well.

Dogs are all fine, off to the groomers this Friday at last, Dodger can barely see so it is long overdue.
